Document Checklist

Travel documents checklist
  • Original Passport: Must not be older than 10 years and must be valid for at least six months. Old passports should also be included. (If the previous passport is lost police FIR document is required)
  • Your passport must have at least two blank pages to affix the visa.
  • Visa Application Form: 1 form, duly typed and signed by the applicant. For minors, signatures of both parents are required.
  • Undertaking Form: Attached form with applicant’s signature.
  • Photos: 2 color photos, size 2.5 x 2.5 inches, white background, matt finish, showing 80% of the face.
  • Covering Letter: From the applicant stating name, designation, purpose and duration of visit, monthly income, guarantee of expenses for the trip, along with signature. (Format Attached)
  • Hotel Confirmations: Detailed day-to-day itinerary as per travel dates, including reservation documents with applicant’s name, check-in & check-out dates, and hotel details.
  • Ticket itinerary
  • Applicant Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years.
  • Applicant last 6 months’ original Saving account bank statement with bank stamp and signature on each page and closing balance must be clearly mentioned if not mentioned then Bank Balance Certificate will be required along with Bank Statement (minimum balance: Rs. 1,00,000 Per Person).
  • Applicant Aadhar card & PAN card (must be clearly visible)
  • If Employee:
  • NOC letter from employer mentioning the name and designation of the signatory, along with company seal (Format attached).
  • Last 3 months’ salary slips with company seal and signed by authorized person.
  • Last 6 months’ original Salary account bank statement with bank stamp and signature on each page and closing balance must be clearly mentioned if not mentioned then Bank Balance Certificate will be required along with Bank Statement (minimum balance: Rs. 1,00,000 Per Person).
  • IF Self Employed:
  • GST registration (Original notary attestation needs to be done)
  • Covering letter should be on your company letterhead with signed and company stamp on it (Format attached)
  • If Retired: Retirement documents & income proof (original or copies attested) along with last 3 months’ personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank) : Bank balance must be minimum 1 lakh INR for one person.
  • If Freelancer: Contract documents & leave/cover letter as applicable, proof of regular income along with last 3 months’ personal bank statement with stamp and signature of the bank on all the pages. Bank balance must be minuimum 1 lakh INR for one person.
  • If Unemployed: Explanation regarding source of income should be mentioned on the cover letter along with a proof of income.
  • If Trip Sponsored then:
  • sponsor original sponsorship letter
  • Passport copy of the sponsor
  • Employment letter from the sponsor’s company (if employee) with seal and signed
  • Notarized company registration documents (if Self Employed) is required.
  • If the sponsor is relative - relationship proof status should be submitted.
  • Sponsor Last 6 months’ original Saving account bank statement with bank stamp and signature on each page and closing balance must be clearly mentioned if not mentioned then Bank Balance Certificate will be required along with Bank Statement (minimum balance: Rs. 1,00,000 Per Person).
  • Sponsor Last 3 Years ITR
  • Mandatory documents for minors:
  • Consent letter from both parents even if traveling with both parents.
  • NOC on Rs.100 stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant, notarized.
  • Original passports of both parents.
  • Important note:
  • Applicants can apply for Turkiye visa maximum of 60 days in advance to their travel dates.
  • If travelling together and spouse’s name is not shown in passport: Marriage Certificate of the Couple issued by the marriage registrar attested by Notary Public. Notarized affidavit can be accepted, along with wedding card and marriage photographs as proof of marriage only if it’s recent Marriage (not older than 1 month).
  • We can only apply visa at least Minimum 10 working days prior to the date of departure to Turkey
