Tourist documents
- Passport: Must not be older than 10 years. Valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay. Must have at least two blank pages for visa stamping & All old passports must be submitted.
- Photographs: Two recent passport-size photographs, White background, 35 x 45 mm, matt finish, Face should cover 80% of the photo area.
- PAN Card:Copy required.
- If Self-Employed: Cover letter on company letterhead & Business proof (e.g., MOA/AOA, Shop Establishment Certificate, Partnership Deed, etc.).
- If Employed: Leave letter from employer on company letterhead. (Format attached) & Last 6 months’ salary slips.
- Bank Statement: Original personal bank statement for the last 6 months. Must be updated and show a minimum balance of Rs. 1.5 lakhs & Each page must be sealed and signed by the bank.
- Hotel Accommodation & Day to Day Itinerary
- Covering Letter: (Format attached)
- Visa Application Form: Duly filled and signed by the applicant. (Attached)
- If Student: No Objection Certificate (NOC) from school/college & Copy of student ID card.
