Travel documents checklist
  • Original Current & all old Passports: Current passport must be valid for at least six months after the return date. Include all old passports. Note: The passport must have at least two blank pages for visa stamping.
  • Visa Application Form: One form, duly filled online and signed by the applicant. (Kindly provide the attached China Personal Information form along with scan photography accordingly we can fill your online visa application and sent back to you for signature)
  • Photographs: Two recent passport-size photos (33mm x 48mm) with white background and matte finish. 80% of the face should be visible without smile and without teeth visible and forehead and both ears should be clearly visible and take picture in dark colour cloth don’t take picture in white or off-white colour.
  • Photocopy of any previous Chinese visa(s) or passport(s), if applicable
  • PAN Card copy
  • Aadhar Card copy
  • Applicant last 6 months bank statement till date with minimum balance of Rs.160000/- Per Person on each pages bank stamp and signature on it (Note Maintain a minimum balance of Rs.1 lakhs in applicant bank account consistently for the last 6 months)
  • Hotel confirmation
  • Ticket copy
  • Day to Day Itinerary
  • Applicant Personal Covering letter (Format attached if Employee)
  • Applicant Personal Covering Letter must be on company letterhead with Applicant signature and company stamp on it: (Format attached if Self Employed)
  • The letter must include:
  • Company profile
  • Company establishment date
  • Number of employees
  • Number of company branches
  • Indian Company’s Business Registration Certificate or GST copy if Self Employed
  • If Minor travelling, then: Birth Certificate copy and School Id copy
  • Marriage Certificate copy required if spouse name not mentioned in the passport
