Best times to visit Uttarakhand are March-April and mid-September-October for trekking, paragliding, and Char Dham pilgrimage in peak season. November-February are ideal for Rishikesh rafting and Jim Corbett wildlife. Mussoorie and Nainital see snowfall in winter but monsoons in July-August can be disruptive, except for Valley of Flowers.
